1. Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order anytime before the order has been dispatched by contacting our customer service team. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, cancellations will no longer be possible.
2. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, we follow a strict no-return or exchange policy. However, returns or exchanges will be allowed under the following specific conditions:
- The product is damaged upon delivery.
- The product is empty or has leaked.
- You received the wrong item or items are missing.

Please do not return any products directly to the manufacturer. Ensure that you provide your receipt number for faster resolution.
3. Refunds Process
For Cancellations
If your order has been canceled before dispatch, the refund will reflect in your bank account within 7–10 business days. However, some banks may take longer to process refunds.
For Returns
If a damaged product is approved for return:
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Jeevan Ayurveda will cover the cost of return shipping for approved damaged items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
