Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order anytime before the order has been dispatched by contacting our customer service team. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, cancellations will no longer be possible.
In cases where we detect fraudulent activity or a transaction that violates the terms and conditions of our website, we reserve the right to cancel such orders without prior notification. We may also maintain a negative list of such fraudulent transactions and deny access to those customers.
Returns
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, we follow a strict no-return or exchange policy. However, returns or exchanges will be allowed under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, empty, or contains wrong/missing items upon delivery.
Steps to Initiate a Return/Exchange:
- Share an unboxing video, packaging defect video, and photos of the damaged product or missing items.

All return requests will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis. Please do not return any products directly to the manufacturer. Ensure that you provide your receipt number for faster resolution.
Refunds
For Cancellations
If your order has been canceled before dispatch, the refund will reflect in your bank account within 7–10 business days. However, some banks may take longer to process refunds.
For Returns
If a damaged product is approved for return, the process will follow these steps:
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
