All prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Products are sold at the MRP unless discounts or offers are explicitly mentioned. Prices at the time of order placement will apply.

6. Order Cancellation

Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting customer service. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
Company-Initiated Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or non-compliance with this Agreement.

For canceled orders, refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

7. Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic products, we follow a strict no return or exchange policy. However, in cases of damaged or defective products, you may contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery for redressal. Returns will only be accepted for:

Products damaged during transit.

Disputes may also be referred to arbitration, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. Arbitration will take place in Solan, and the decision will be binding on all parties.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from transaction declines due to insufficient funds or issues with your payment method.
